Personal Care Pantry

The Hart UMC, in partnership with Love In the Name of Christ runs a Personal Care Pantry. This ministry aims to make available a variety of cleaning, personal hygiene, and household staple items to low income families in the Oceana County area for an affordable price. Items cost $0.25 each, and customers are able to purchase up to 16 items per visit, one item per category (with one exception- customers will be able to purchase two packages of diapers). Customers may visit the pantry six times per year.

Customers MUST receive a voucher from Love INC before coming to the pantry- no clients will be accepted without a voucher. More information about Love INC, including how to get in contact, can be found here.

The Pantry will be open the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

We are looking for both volunteers and donations. If you would like to get involved, please contact Kay Dion at 873-8023. Donations may be dropped off at Hart United Methodist, either on Sunday during service or during the week at the church office.
